What is SMS?
Service Management System (SMS) is a comprehensive, software-based management
system for community care and nursing services across Australia. SMS creates
a central control point and single database for all aspects of client service
including rosters and client histories. It can handle any type of service. SMS
integrates with many other programs and offers remote service options including
integration with Daelibs™ Electronics Loggers.
Coming soon is mobile
SMS, which includes two components:
- Mobile data to support in-home assessments (eg via a laptop), and
- Live data update for rostering (eg via laptop, mobile phone or PDA).
