How to make & un-make one-off changes to rosters without affecting your master roster:
:: Daily Schedule for 15th November 2005:- shows where all workers are for the day

Workers names appear along the top and their clients in the column. Jobs are blocked out for the time they are busy so gaps can be seen easily

Notes appear at foot of window to help with re-allocations

Inter-active window – you can drag and drop clients from one worker to another or double click on a client name to make a change = quick and easy

Also shows which workers have clients who have cancelled, on temporary exit etc so that one-off services can be allocated in these spots
:: Weekly schedule for one worker:-

Shows jobs for one worker in visual format for one week

Inter-active – can double click on client to make changes or drag and drop from one day to another

Can see gaps easily to allocate new clients

Days off, sick, annual leave is also shown as ‘non-client’
