Are Workers able to access their rosters remotely?

Yes. 

Alchemy's Roster App for Android and iOS provides access to workers rosters and associated client information. 

Access is available to users via username and password with all communication securely encrypted.

Features include;

  • View Client Records and appropriate details including Care Plans, Client Notes, Emergency Contacts and Non-Response Procedure

  • Record Start and Finish of Services with optional Signature and Location Recording

  • Field workers able to read and respond to messages from office coordinators etc.

  • View files from Document Storage for Clients

  • Upload Photo for Client, Vehicle or Service

  • Ability for a worker to apply for leave to be approved by the office

A variety of exports for Payroll, Accounts and other data are currently available and more are being added regularly.

What does SaaS mean?

SaaS refers to Software as a Service, which is a lease or rent of a software instead of owning the software or application. Some examples you may be familiar with are Netflix or Spotify, SaaS is also sometimes referred to as being "in the cloud".

SMS is available on monthly, quarterly or annual subscription.

Alchemy uses Azure Australia for hosting SMS SaaS. Microsoft is an industry leader in security and privacy.

Azure meets a broad set of international and industry-specific compliance standards, such as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, SOC 1 and SOC 2, as well as country-specific standards, including Australia IRAP.
